Demetra Resort works in an ancient country house inside the Archaeological Park of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, after careful and accurate jobs of retraining, in a small and splendid hotel of fifteen double rooms and eight suites.The Demetra Resort, nestles in 15 hectares of park, in which there are more than 10.000 palmas, cycas, Saracen ulivi and citrus fruit.
Inside the park there are 3Km of pedestrian and cycle runs and a small lake.

Area information
The Demetra Resort is located within the Archaeological Park of the Valley of Temples in Agrigento, it is possible to reach the city centre by car or by public transport in less than 5 minutes.
Immediately to the south is the hamlet of San Leone, the seaside resort area with sandy and golden beaches and rocks areas where it is possible to practice diving or boat trips.
In summer the area of San Leone comes alive with the opening of many clubs, restaurants and disco pubs where the guests can enjoy the evening, transported by the intense fragrance of the sea nearby.
Travel information
From Catania Take the Palermo-Catania motorway (A19) towards Palermo. Exit at Caltanissetta and follow the signs to Agrigento (SS640). Ignore the first signal for Agrigento Centre and continue along the main road at the roundabout Giunone. At the roundabout follow the signs for Porto Empedocle (exit from the third round), continuing on the SS640. Go ahead, ignore the first exit on the right to San Leone, and go forward. Exit at the first street on your right (attention, it is not a state with exit signs, but a crossbar), Then follow directions for DEMETRA Resort that will take you to your destination.
