The Sala dei Pini is an elegant restaurant near the pines' garden. It is a historical house, furnished in a exclusive style. Here the chefs serve excellent local Apulian dishes, as well as national ones.

The restaurant is an ideal setting for working breakfasts, wedding banquets, ceremonial dinners and other special occasions. Its magnificent setting, overlooking the garden, gives it an enchanting atmosphere.

With regional wines and specialities, the staff aim to give you an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is situated near Torre San Giovanni (Ugento), in the heart of the Salento area. The splendid position is surrounded by many attractions and cities of historical interest, including: Gallipoli; Ugento; Felline; Otranto; Lecce; and Santa Maria di Leuca.
