A few kilometres away, in the middle of the Tuscan hills, there is the holiday farm Collina Toscana Resort (also owned by the Columbia). Here, surrounded by a wonderful landscape, you will be able to taste the Tuscan culinary tradition.

Various typologies of rooms are proposed, according to the preference of the guest. "Liberty room style", tastefully furnished and provided with all the comforts. It offers a standard accomodation with an excellent relationship quality-price. The "Superior rooms" (also Family room with 3-4 beds, dedicated to the family groups) have a dippy of exclusivity and elegance in the furnishing: realy wide and comfortable. Some suites are equipped with Jacuzzi bathtube and large living room.

The restaurant "Bistrot" original in its own style, is placed to 5th panoramic floor. It offers to the customers an enchanting sight over the town and surrounding hills, tasting all the typical dishes of Tuscan cooking tradition. (special choices are arranged for those who follow special diet (low calories menù and/or free of Gluthyne). The cooking style of the Chef offers a renewing interpreting of cooking approach and the result is a mix of fantasy and tradition to satisfy the most refined palates. Menus subject are weekly proposed. Expert and professional dining-room staff lends to guide the guest in their food and wine choices. A full wine list, including the best labels, complete a first class offer. Cooking classes "hands on" are daily organized in 3 languages (also for little groups) .

Highway A11 Florence -Pisa North. Exit at Montecatini Terme. Straight on to the main road. Drive following the way which takes you to the Football Stadium and Horse riding ring. Turm on the right finding a traffic lights; right and you are just in "Corso Roma",
