Just a few steps from the sea, in the city of Carnival, the hotel enjoys views of the picturesque countryside of Versilia, where the sea and mountains create a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere.
Completely renewed in 2005, the hotel now benefits from a beautiful panoramic solarium roof-garden, ideal for sunbathing. Whilst, on the ground floor, the historic Mirage restaurant, which has TV, political sport and live music, offers somewhere to relax in the evenings.

Originally opened in the late 1960's, with the name of Trattoria La Morina, the restaurant's name changed in 1968 to Ristorante Genny before its last change in 2005; the hotel/restaurant was completely restructured and given the name of Hotel Ristorante Mirage.
Marked for its value in the Michelin Restaurant's Guide, the Mirage also has a very precious selection of red and white wines conserved in the wine cellar, La Cantina del Mirage.
Famous for the variety of starters, the home-made pasta with sea food, and fresh fish, cooked in traditional and contemporary styles, the restaurant has become the meeting point of show business and sports stars.

Built in 1979 and completely renewed in 2005, the 3-star Mirage hotel is close to the sea and historical buildings along the promenade. During your stay you can take advantage of the friendly ambiance and privileged position.

Viareggio is a convenient meeting point to join excursions in the Apuane Mountains with traditional towns and traditions.
Travel information
By car:
- Take the A12 highway.
- Exit towards Viareggio/Camaiore.
- Continue on the government road SS1.
- Exit at Viareggio Nord.
- Follow then the signs for the promenade then turns to the left.
- After Carducci Avenue, then you will see signs for the hotel.
- Turn to the left, 10 metres along you will find the hotel.
From Pisa Airport:
- Take the highway in the direction of Genova.
- Exit at Viareggio Nord.
- Follow the indications for Lungomare.
- Turn left and go along Carducci Street until you are near the end.
- Then, when you see the Mirage poster, turn left.
- The hotel is 10 metres along.
By train:
Use the taxi service just in front of the station or take the 10 minute walk: go down the main road to the end, then turn left and at the 3rd street along, turn left again. 10 metres along you will find the hotel.
