Area information

Arco is an elegant country town 5 kilometers far from the Northern Garda Lake; it keeps unchanged the traces of past times rich in history, whose roots has to be found in ancient ages. It is surrounded by parks and gardens and enjoys a very mild climate, thanks to which it became a famous winter health resort in the Nineteenth Century for the European aristocracy.

Lake Garda and its towns

The lake Garda is the main Italian lake and one of the most important water reserves in Europe. With its long neck that ends between the rocks of the shores, heritage of the Ice Age, it has always left the different travellers breathless, trying to describe its wonderful colours and reflexes.
Northwards, the lake is wedged between the mountains, while southwards it extends in the Plain, between the hills and the gulfs of Peschiera and Desenzano. Thanks to its mild climate, this lake is the most Mediterranean among the alpine lakes. Since the prehistory, it has always been a cradle for the different cultures which have been crossing this area.

The price for the apartment is daily. With sheets and towels. The cleanings only at the departure of the apartments are included in price.

Travel information

Where we are:
To get our Residence, you have to live the Brennero motorway at”Rovereto Sud” ,then go in direction of Garda Lake (follow the signals): you pass Mori, Loppio and Nago and go in direction of Arco. You have to to drive the way for Riva: take
the street on your left called Via Frumento. The Residence Franca is situated at the end of this street on your left. It's a light brown building! Please contact us for further information you may need!! We look forward to welcome you in our house!!
